Our dry sauna is made of Swiss pine wood. It is traditionally used in Austrian saunas, because of the anti-bacterial nature. The high alpine wood smells very good, when it gets hot. This sauna us usually about 80° and 90° celsius.

The Calidarium has a high humidity of 95% and is about 45° warm, which is a very healthy environment for the respiratory system. It also cleanse the skin on a very deep level and helps release tension in the muscles.

We also have a salt rock in it, which releasese the "good" negative ions, activates the minerals in our own body, cleans the lungs and has shown to influence circulation in a very positive way.
